Digital products
Plugins, workflow packs and other downloads are delivered by email or through your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Services and hosting
Hosting, integration and automation services start within one business day of your order being confirmed. We will tell you the expected completion time.
Physical items
Where an order includes a physical item, we deliver across Bangladesh. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days elsewhere.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order. Some orders may qualify for free delivery — this is shown at checkout when it applies.
Cash on delivery
Please keep the exact amount ready. The delivery person will hand over your order after payment is received.
Order confirmation and tracking
We contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and delivery details. Make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is correct and reachable.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If we cannot reach you, we will try again and contact you to arrange a new time. If your order is delayed, get in touch and we will help right away.
