1. Agreement

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if we find a pricing or description error we may correct it and contact you before processing an affected order.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by phone, email or by starting delivery. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify your details — and will refund any payment already received.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bKash. For bKash payments, your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Digital products and licences
Unless a listing says otherwise, a plugin or software licence covers one production site and includes the updates stated on the product page. You may modify the code for your own use but may not resell, redistribute or share your licence.
7. Services
Hosting, integration and automation services are delivered by our team after checkout. Timelines are estimates and will be confirmed with you.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual property
All content, logos and code on this site belong to MTShamser or its licensors and are protected by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
